I am what I drive?

Further to my post on my little Honda, I spied an interesting item in today’s Globe and Mail. According to this year’s New Vehicle Experience Study by San Diego-based market research outfit Strategic Vision, more than 97% of Honda owners use the ‘web. It seems we are “the antithesis of flashy” and are “usually pragmatic and well-educated, with 70% of us boasting a college degree or higher.” Compare this to 35% for Chevy owners and 45% for Ford owners.

Reminds me of a sign I spotted in a small town in Norfolk, England, this past May. It  spoke volumes about the U.S. government’s decision to bail-out the company that Henry started way back when you could have any colour of car you wanted, as long as it was black.

Am I what I drive?
